I found neck exercises you can do w/ weights w/ this link from bodybuilding.com: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm, after clicking on Nasser's neck, but a few of the exercises involve using a neck harness. I've never seen one before. I can't seem to find them at Sports Authority, but I don't know where else to look. Any ideas?

Wrestler bridges. Just google it.
It'll take care of the neck.
Mower probably did wrestler bridges as a fetus.

other than jamming a needle full of test into your neck to beef it up, you could try some universal exercises that work the shoulders and the neck as well. good luck! :D

Icarian used to make a really cool 4 way neck machine but they're gettin harder and harder to find these days (liability issues I think)
go to ironmind.com and check out the head straps they sell for about 30 bucks

The key word "used to" is correct.

$69.95 for a head-strap and that's w/o shipping and tax. I think I'll just stick w/ the non-head strap exercises found in http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm when you click on Nasser's neck. But thanks for the link. I might think about getting that book on squats on the homepage that supposedly launched IronMind, which has nothing to do w/ the neck, but ah well.
