Sometimes I'm like "yeeeeeaahhhh baby!!!!!!" when I do my heavy bench press with 165. Or if I'm shoulder pressing the 55lbers I go "thaaat's right motherrrrrr fuckerrrrr" but that gets me in trouble with the management...
So what do you bro's yell?

i think my crowning achievement was when i yelled "i think i just shit my pants!" after trying to squat 225. its become my battle cry, and after my knees heal, i'll try for that 225 again!

I found that making a noise does not enhance my strength, but inhaling and exhaling helps.

She is a really good deadlifter and bencher. She also is very strong on shoulder press which is kind of cool.
I think she would do really well in powerlifting.

Since when is natural strength equivalent to masculinity?
She likes to work out and likes to train heavy. It is not a question of what I want. She is gifted and enjoys it.

I'm probably the only person registered to this board that's actually seen TA's g/f in person and I have to say, in the photos posted, she's not as hard or muscular as I've seen her before. She's pretty diesel, yet still feminine...just my opinion though.

Are you taking the year off from competing or going to do another show soon?
I think you are balanced very well and would do very well at the metorlina or mountaineer. Most competitors lack balance of all muscle groups. You have a really good balance. I see tremendous imbalances in most of these shows and think you would easily best some of the top guys in symmetry and aesthetics.

As long as you come in as the most ripped, I doubt you will have any problem.....What I see at these shows around here, few people actually come really ripped. I would use that to your advantage.

As long as you come in as the most ripped, I doubt you will have any problem.....What I see at these shows around here, few people actually come really ripped. I would use that to your advantage.
That will most definitely by my strategy, I just have to nail the last week. I have a problem with peaking on the right day, i actually looked a lot better the night b/f the Elite but was holding water a bit the night of the show...

I wouldn`t worry too much, from what I have seen, most clowns around here don`t even know how to diet down and just use drugs to coast through shows, hoping their size will overshadow the fact that they aren`t lean enough.

I farted yesterday from straining a bunch and my spotter had to pretend not to have noticed since I don't know him very well. Was pretty funny.

Great thread! When I'm at the very bottom of a squat on a heavy leg day I'll usually get some gas and blow one out. Because of the phenominal stress on my core at this bottom position the fart begins with a high pitched whistle sound and ends with in a lower pitched trumpet sound.
