Is anyone familiar for testing steroid in urine?
What are detection time ?
Do they test for sarms ?
How can you cheat?

It depends on what type of test it is, there are many.
Steroids have different detection times, you can search online and find them. Some are much longer than others.
There are ways to cheat, depends on what type of test it is. You can mask them or alter the sample, it depends what type of test.

That's possible, i'm not really sure there is much of a difference.
The drug tests i took in USAPL lifting events were blood samples. I was clean back then so it wasn't a big deal.
I'll ask some of my old lifting buddies who used to cheat the system.
