I suspect it plays a role somewhat. If you compare different states and adjust crime rates for race, it's mostly a wash.

More Blacks and Hispanics = more violence.

I expect White Canadians to understand this, but as far as I can tell, even White Canadians don't get this.

I believe that. Here in Thunder Bay, banks are now closed at night because of our Indigenous population sleeping inside them.

But again, that's a non-White crime thing. When Thunder Bay was 95% White, that never happened.
