Yes thin handle dbs are the best.

Can never find thin handle dumbbells but when I do it’s awesome cause I can dB curl a lot more and press and row more as well. Just feels much better.if I could find a reaosnaly priced thin handle set at this point I would only use them cause my forearms have gotten as much as they can from regular handles.

I know strongmen love thick handles on dumbbells and barbells. The magazine Milo used to advertise them and Brooks Kubik was a huge fan.
