I have that issue in my garage.
Both his arms are huge. He was advertised as having 23-inch arms. But, in the article, he says his right arm is 23 inches but his left arm is only 20. He's right-handed and does all his record one-arm lifts with his right hand.

Was he in one of the World's Strongest Man contests of the 1990s? I remember a strongman with massive arms competing in one of the early 1990s contests, who looked like he might have had synthol in his arms.
