I have good tri's and great potential for tri's
maybe not as great as levrones... but decent
Ive always thought bi's were overated.. maybe because i was born with great bi's..
but i think tris rule...

He was great to that point ,then 96,97,turned it up a notch with that crazy size ,then later in early 2000's lost his leg's.great bber.

wat anniys me with my tris is the inner head. it looks almost seperate from the rest of the tricep. like a big ball stuck above my elbow. his looked joined as one

neone else have this

also meso bisa re over rated and u do have great bis and tris
