Basically dude stays lean and has a hard time putting on weight due to Crohns. He got the most compliments during his worst flare ups (my shredded beard pics) when he would get really lean and anemic due to his body not getting nutrients from his food causing him to have low energy as well. But yeah this is why I never worry about getting fat I always get sick and wind up not being able to eat at all or much for extended periods and wind up getting too lean during a flare up. This is why weight matters to me it is not easy to gain have lost a bunch again due to a recent flare up. It takes discipline to make yourself eat when your stomach and entire digestive track intestines gut colon etc is in pain and you just want to not eat anything until better
There is also an important message here about low bodyfat not always being a great thing

Interesting.
Did you ever try eating very low carb, basically meat and eggs, with only green vegetables, and no flour, grains or sugars?

So this guy says...
"Doing things like pull-ups with an additional 70kg (150 lbs), there is definitely core engagement there and an isometric hold position," he said. "But an actual sit-up with full hip-flection, I can't do it."
There's no fucking way he can do a proper pull up with +150 pounds -- which is legitimately world class -- but can't do a single fucking sit up. If he's telling the truth, he's not just afflicted with Crohns, he's also some sort of fucking cripple, with major musculoskeletal imbalances.

Yes, that +150 pullup is bs. Dude is scrawny.
Maybe he's using some machine or bands.

I know very little if anything about Crohn's disease....mainly because I have an 'cast iron stomach'. You having it and talking about it made me curios to know more so I looked it up (yes I Googled it). What one website says about it suggests your doing all the right things. I wonder, does your type A personality have an ill effect on inflammatory bowel disease?
Here are links to a couple of the articles I read. Do you agree with what they say?
