I was already 6'2 when i was 13 and i've been shrinking since then. I asked my physican years ago and he said it was normal to lose height as my bones begin to settle but that also heavy lifting will compress the spine.
Im no doctor but i always take their word. But i was 6'2 when i was a kid and could slam dunk a basketball but now i measure in a 5"11. .so ive lost an inch every 10 years....big whoop

3" seems like a lot of height to have lost at his age, even for someone who lifts heavy objects. I am about 2.5" shorter than I was when I was 18 years old. My doctor tells me it is degenerative disk disease. Which is basically a compressed spine. While it is possible lifting heavy weights causes this, that likely doesn't apply to me since the amount of weight I can hoist overhead is not that great. One difference may be that I have been around many more years decades than Vince. :)

Losing 3 inches means you have some serious degenerative disease/damage going on. It's not in any way normal for bones "to settle" by 3 inches at this age. Weight lifting doesn't do it, you actually have to load the spine to keep it healthy. As if Vince ever trained hard and heavy anyway. His physique always screamed "never trained hard in his life." This story is absolute baloney. If he's lying I don't know, I'd go with "slow" and "special."

Josh is not allowed in the States no one is afraid of fighting Josh I am also 70.75 inches the same height I have always been. Why because nobody shrinks 3 inches unless they remove a vertebrae. No one says argue with a Doctor but you don't know the difference between a medic and an orthopedic. How many specialist have you seen about this issue? If you have lost 3 inches you would be hunched over with scoliosis something would be seriously wrong. You are fuck all retarded if you have lost 3 inches and don't know why.

Yes, it's actually estrogen that seals the growth plates. So if you're using aromatizing steroids you might seal the bones quicker. A kid could actually use aromatase inhibitors like Arimidex along with an anabolic steroid like Anavar along with GH to grow a bit taller than projected. I've seen dictors complain about how many parents come begging for GH to increase their son's height for athletic purposes.
