Title: Universal Bodybuilding Course Review
Post by: mibodybuilder on April 23, 2006, 02:34:13 PM: I am not sure if this goes in this topic or another one so if I am posting in the wrong area I apologize.

But what I wanted to share is my results with Universal Bodybuilding. I bought their course and loved it. I am a lot leaner and bigger than before. It takes hard work, their course wasnt easy, but in the end I felt it was worth it.

They also have a free newsletter.

Not sure if this info will help any of you, I am no sure how far along all of you are but I was middle of the road when I got it. I will be the first to tell you its for beginners and moderate bodybuilders. If you have been lifting for 10 years you might find it some what useful but you probably wont get the results I did.
