Natural, meaning: he didn't die of a stimulant overdose, or anything like that. Just from systemic failure brought on by steroid use. I find that somewhat strange, given the timing. I would have thought the cutting agents were a direct cause, but I guess not.

Not as of yet. Generation Iron has it, but offers nothing new, and I'm sure more of the bodybuilding gossip sites will have it shortly. Florida is one of the states were anyone can have a copy as long as they pay a fee.

I think the "cutting" and dehydrating can definitely have contributed even if it doesn't show in the autopsy. And what kind of steroid test are they using? Only boldenone and stanozolol showing. We know those were far from the only steroids in his system. And for sure things like clenbuterol.
His heart was supposedly 500 grams larger than normal which is a lot.

I didn't see this video but I read this morning that he went into V-Fib (electrical imbalance in the heart) first thing that came to mind was stress maybe brought on by stims and or dehydration. My guess is their using the word "steriods" as a blanket for everything else. Unless you're diagnoses with it and on a beta blocker, this isn't the result of "steroids"

I would think Greg Kovacs' heart would have been at least 500g overweight.

Probably right. I feel like 99% of contest deaths are due to an electrolyte balance, but that’s not as sexy as a title with “STEROIDS” in it

I was - but I felt that to keep my IFBB press pass required kissing the ass of Jim Mansion, who I think is an asshole, who bosses around bodybuilders who could - and should - split him in two.
Ron respects him so I'll leave it at that, but I have no respect for Jim Manion, and I refused to be owned by anyone. I don't mind working,but the very second I get the feeling that I am toeing someone's line - I stop.
So I stopped actively covering IFBB contests in 2014.
Like I'm going to sit around and ask permission to some old ugly fuck like Manion. "Yes sir", "No sir". LMAO, GTFO.

The reason why I asked about the weight of George's heart is because I think Nick stated it in the video. I thought he said 500g total - not 500g overweight. But I'll research it later.

Sodium / potassium imbalance is every cardiologist nightmare. Steroids do not help, but them alone are not that deadly.

I may have misunderstood, maybe it was 500 grams total, still almost normal.
I am curious about the tests. Why didn't it pick up everything. Same with Dallas McCarver, just test and tren. There for sure was test, tren and more in Peterson.
