Title: Honestly, how effective is Invisible Lat Syndrome?
Post by: Royalty on January 26, 2022, 10:46:56 AM
As someone here once said, to perform ILS correctly,  it should appear as though you’re carrying a roll of carpet under each arm

It definitely makes you look wide, and dangerous. Passing through standard doorways is all but impossible. But is it worth having sore side delts afterwards?

thick lats are one thing

but latissimus dorsi are pulling muscles - a rocked up back is thick , it’s pulled back - shoulder blades stable - your traps get thick , some asshole walking around all flared out is a dead giveaway

i know a lot of dudes who do this but when a thick back comes round they deflate

Haha a lad I know from school who has skinny crackhead physique has walked around with ils nearly his whole life not sure about it’s effectiveness at least not in his case he’s been battered more times than I can remember and once a bouncer stopped him entering a pub and laughed at him and said your not getting in here with them rolls of carpets under your arms
