If you are happy being the most shredded 160lb man you can be great have at it. I have been super shredded and maintained without struggle but doesn't do it for me. I want to add size. I realize my genetics say mens physique and my age says rocking chair but I never wanted to be pretty and I am not done yet. I always wanted to be a freak. I gave up in my 20s but now at 44 I am going to try again. You and Wes can argue over who is the best 160lb 5foot8 guy and how many trophies you win. I want to be 240lbs. My sophomore year of high school Dorian hit the scene my height at 240lbs that has always been the standard in my mind. I could never get there and therefore never competed. But I was in shape for a long time. Now in the master division I am going to try again but I don't give a fuck about aesthetics I want size I will outgrow my imbalances.

House looks much nicer in the video than the pictures. Is the video from before you bought it? I like the 2nd floor balcony, it's wide enough to actually use instead of some narrow strip that isn't functional.
I've seen many heated tile floors in bathrooms, I hadn't seen any in living rooms, but then I'm in the south so there isn't much need.

Thanks yeah I had to replace the HVAC 2 microwaves, a dishwasher, the pool heater, and a fridge since I moved in 6 years ago. Stupid dog also ruined the upstairs carpet so tiled that entire level. They don't tell you about the upkeep cost in the brochure. Oh yeah and the heated tile only works in half the living room.

According to the HVAC people, 20 years is the usual lifespan of a furnace. This new one is a 98% efficient modulating gas furnace. It would be nice if it reduced the gas bill which was right around $200 last month.

Thanks yeah I had to replace the HVAC 2 microwaves, a dishwasher, the pool heater, and a fridge since I moved in 6 years ago. Stupid dog also ruined the upstairs carpet so tiled that entire level. They don't tell you about the upkeep cost in the brochure. Oh yeah and the heated tile only works in half the living room.
Underfloor heating is great. My son's house in Germany has hydronic underfloor heating throughout. The house stays nice an toasty, it makes no noise and doesn't pollute the air inside the home like forced air heating. He has tile floors throughout.

You mistakenly pictured Muscle Matters feet in your response. His feet look great. There's nothing wrong with them except that they seem rather small. My guess is he is fairly fine boned which helps account for his great symmetrical physique.
Yeah well, I do occasionally see a podiatrist mainly to get them professionally trimmed. This service is free for seniors on Medicare whereas a pedicure at a salon cost somewhere around $50 plus a tip.
Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done for the big toenail on the right foot. I smashed it so many times by either dropping something on it or stubbing it, that it died. When I was in my 30's a doctor cut it off completely to the quick. Not a pretty sight. He said it would grow back normal. He lied. It never fully reattached to the toenail bed although it has gotten marginally better over many decades. The whole toenail used to be black.
Anyway, it's not toenail fungus you are seeing, it is a dead toenail. I almost wish it would fall off. It is a real bitch to trim. I almost need a hack saw to do it. ;D

I actually think it's a good sign of progress. Bhanks has been off for months now and is maintaining a very low bodyfat % while still scaling in excess of 230. Plus, he's hitting legs hard again. Springtime + bioidentical ******** = Bhanks doing damage in Pittsburg next summer and making a run at the over 40 pro card. I plan on attending so hopefully a few other pricks from this board will do the same.

I would probably be more competitive leaning out and competing in classic. the weight limit is 205lbs for my height i am sittng 215-220. i jusr dint like classic as no most muscular but yeah i dint have the keg size i need to go as a heavy and do well but have sometime

If you aren't bleeding any more then maybe something that you are taking is preventing your marrow from producing enough blood? Or maybe you aren't absorbing enough Iron in your diet and need some IV Iron?

I have Crohns it goes into remission then it comes back that is how it works. I don't update you guys every poop I take. I really don't know why everyone assumes I am taking a bunch of stuff. I can't take anything due to my digestive tract. I have a hard time processing food much less any kind of powder or pills or supplements.

I have stood next to him in real life. He is a little guy. A couple years ago he decided to make a comeback in the classic division. I cant remember how that went for him but he looked good if a little downsized. You have never been close to his size he is much shorter than you but yeah in real life he is little name was Bo or Cho Chakendra or something like that. Wes has gotten 'conntest ready' condition repeatedly at least 25 times thats recorded and probably dozens more. There were years he competed in multiple contests. Held condition throughout the entire season. He's won some of these contests.
Hank would it kill you to have some class, show some respect. Congratulations, you entered one competition, lost, and haven't shut up since. Any cred you gained from doing your one show you have since lost by running your mouth.

Weight is inching back up but calf edema showed up out of nowhere with a vengence. You can see a ripple effect to my skin after removing my knee sleeves. I may go in the suana tonight or take a mild diuretic as lower leg is blowing up with fluid.

I am 195lbs in that pic at 510 and 3/4 of an inch. There is no way you are a claimed 59 and 160lbs. Either you are lying and 5 foot 4 or editing your pics. Considering we saw you have chuld size feet I would say you are 5 foot 4 with a tiny frame.

Not necessarily Brian. You have that aged dense muscle where as MM is new to the game. Like Dorian Yates but to a lesser extent, your density can probably be best captured live. Pictures don't do you justice.

I could write up a long post explaining why he wipes the floor with you but you wouldn`t understand it because you know nothing about how judging a contest works.
He is relatively lean, has much better proportions and balance/symmetry than you do, has way better legs, bigger arms, you can still see his abs, etc. etc.....you act like he has love handles and a gut.
He is not as cut as you but trust me, I`ve done a lot of contests and I know for a fact that he`d beat you....especially if all he did was cut water.
