140 gal lifts dinnie stones at arnold classic
the lift of the weekend! (733 lbs, no wraps)
some real iron-history here (not like some who harass dead people's relatives trying to discredit their lifts, ages, etc ::)
The 'smaller' of the stones weighs 144.47kg (318.5lbs) and the larger a massive 188.02kg (414.5lbs).
733 lbs with those damn rings, an amazing feat (for those that know anything about the dinnie stones and stone lifting in general)
plus she's cute, not some beast

She literally lifted them like one inch, though?
The fact that she's small helped her, it didn't hurt her. The taller/bigger ladies would have had to lift those rocks much further, and from a less biomechanically advantaged starting point.
Also, she has no visible muscularity at all, so who gives a fuck? This is bodybuilding forum.

Do you know anything about this lift? It does not matter how much the stones are lifted off the ground. Most only lift it just minimally off the floor for a successful lift.
“ The first challenge is to simply lift the two stones together off the ground. Lifting the stones and standing locked-out (legs fully staightened, body upright and braced) for two seconds is considered a successful lift.”
Most people can’t even get them off the ground. What she did is very impressive.

Impressive stuff. The handles on the stones are only 5/8" thick, a little less than 60% of an olympic bar, eats into your hands something awful.

Think about that for a second.
"Lifting the stones and standing locked-out (legs fully staightened, body upright and braced) for two seconds is considered a successful lift."
To get a "successful lift," the larger girls had a much longer way to go. Longer legs, etc. Men would have an even harder time of it.
As it stands, she literally lifted those rocks about 2". There's really nothing terribly impressive about that, as a feat of strength. Maybe she's strong enough to go grocery shopping by herself.

This is only a few inches off the ground and he looks about average height.

Stop, just stop. You’re wrong.

Same thing with a deadlift. Are you saying there should be height classes instead of weight classes in lifting? What about Olympic Snatch/Clean and Jerk?
-
This is extremely impressive! When the little girl stepped up I thought no way in hell is she going to move those stones. And then it looks like her hand was hurt also on the second to last attempt! Stephano you're wrong this is a crazy feat!

Looks like 2-3" of lift to me. Clearly lifted both stones.

That’s about the height that most people lift it.
-
That’s pretty insane, and that’s pure genetics right there, naturally strong!

Because it's not a test of strength.
It's a test of leverage and biomechanical advantage, combined with pain tolerance. (Those tiny handles cutting into your hands, etc.) That little girl had more to prove, that's all.
The bigger ladies are, of course, stronger in every meaningful way. And surely every "strength athlete" -- even some men who have hardly trained at all -- can do a 720 pound 2" partial deadlift.
-
sick grip strength comes into play
and legs, to break it off the ground
of course the factors you mention as well
but of course its a strength feat
-
That's right about grip strength, I suppose! Alright, I'll concede this one...
-
She has good grip strength, that's about all I can give her. I thought this would be like Atlas stones or something, These women are all on more drugs than trannies and are struggling to do a 1inch pull with handles. It's just not that impressive. Even worse were the androgynous monstrosities before her who couldn't do it.
I'd honestly rather watch natty males doing proper strongman lifts than this sort of feminist-transhumanist theater.

The 6'4" 320 lber looks like a trans Brian Shaw.
They could be forced to mate. Imagine the offspring!
-
Brutal if true
-
careful having a wank off her..
-
Stronger than Hell....impressive.
