I don't think that will happen, as ACB is supposedly the ace-in-the-hole (in case Roberts goes wobbly.....AGAIN).
If violence occurs, then the left has really screwed the proverbial pooch. That would utterly annihilate their so-called moral high-ground and preaching about the horrors of Jan. 6.
Americans tend to focus on the most recent crisis. And should the left act a fool because of a Roe v. Wade reversal, the mid-term bloodletting will be EVEN WORSE than many anticipate.

His vote doesn't change the outcome. So, and the justices appointed by Trump and Thomas will incur most of the wrath. Therefore, Roberts may try cozying up to the right who brought him to the dance, so to speak.
Again, like Manchin during the Kavanaugh confirmation (being 51, not 50....or 50 and not 49 with two senators out), Roberts may be #6 but he won't be #5.

Yes, this is hard for many to understand. Before Roe vs. Wade, 70% of women had access to abortion. After 1973, 100% access has allowed abortions through the third trimester in some states.
Just for giggles and grins:
In the U.K. abortion is permitted up to 24 weeks. Afterward, special circumstances only.
In Russia, Denmark, Norway, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy abortion is permitted up to 12 weeks (first trimester). Afterward, special circumstances only.
In Mexico it varies by state, but there are heavy restrictions except in Mexico City, where it's allowed through the first 12 weeks.
Poland essentially bans all abortions except in special circumstances.
