Hmm, consider a strict diet of chin-ups.

He used a "pad" belt, knee "sleeves", lifting shoes and compression socks.

Just to get a few half reps with 225.

The shape is genetic.

Unless you want to start shooting shit into your biceps, there isn't much you can do.

As your arms get bigger, the split and heart will be more pronounced.

My biceps grew the best from heavy DB curls and hammer curls.

How does a shoe or a sock help you lift anything? I wear a belt because I have an actual current hernia and sleeves for my surgically repaired knees none of that helps me lift anything. I also did 11 reps that is more than a few and I did multiple sets legs are still sore it was a great workout.

You want me to take a pic of my intestines coming out of my belly button because that is hardcore and that is what is happening the belt holds them in. You think anyone else would squat with  2 hernias and 2 bad knees? Forget the umbilical the hiatal hernia can kill me. I am as hardcore as it gets

I use the appropriate weight the idea is to isolate and build muscle not sling around heavy weight incorrectly

Do you think David was carved with a giant jackhammer or a small chisel? Weights are just a tool not a goal anyone can use momentum

But you haven’t built any muscle on them. They’re sticks.

And momentum? On squats? What, guys are routinely free-falling into the hole with 405? Getting the whole bouncy-bounce?

Maybe you should try that. With 185 pounds, how much more fucked could your knees get, right? I mean, they’re trashed from “isolating” with 225, so …

My legs have come back from the brink and actually look pretty decent now do you see any teardrops in 2019 how about striated teardrops notice the fluid in the knee notice complete atrophy both legs. I could not walk in 2019. Now I am doing 50 reps with 225 per workout I have added several inches to my legs in addition to strengthening them.

This time next year my quads will be my dominant bodypart. I could barely walk with a cane when I went in for that Xray in October 2019 and you can see the legs were dead in July I went months unable to walk. You can see complete atrophy in the pic and the xray my knees were bigger than my quads.

Not going to bother explaining the FFMI calculator to you again and how it takes height into account as this entire board refuses to understand it. MM aint no Shaun Clarida. Shaun is 5 foot 2 and probably about 200lbs before he cuts he has a high FFMI. MM does not.

Again we have been over this exact question before I have explained according to the FFMI Shaun is relatively bigger than me. MM is not nor is Wes they both have much lower FFMI than myself and Shaun i9s even higher than me but again why do I need to explain the same thing 1000 times? No one here has even bothered to educate themselves on the most basic tool to compare bodybuilders of different heights yet.

that's not the question.. are you high?

the question is simple..

in your bald head..

if you were on stage next to Shaun Clarida.. there were only 2 competitors on stage. You and him.. black vs white..

Shaun 176 lbs
Healy 200 lbs

you think you would win because you weigh more?

You won’t be able to touch 230 unless your upping your TRT to 1200 mg.

Right now you have admitted on various other forums you are taking 1050 mg a week.

"Reasonable" thought.

That's your way to end a debate without having it.

You do NOTHING but spew ad hominem. You have no point to make. I'm not wrong because you say I'm wrong. I might be wrong, but certainly nothing you ever said refuted me.

So what point am I mistaken on, Sgt. Barnes?

Speaking of B. Hanks, objectively, he is one of the most in-shape people on here who posted pictures. Everyone claiming to be better than him don't post pictures.

As for "But given how much gear he uses, he doesn't look good."

That may be true. I don't know his doses. But it's utterly insane to me that people suggest your average person looks like B. Hank. It's DELUSIONAL, actually.

Do you know how many people in my province were strong than me at my weight class [and presumably also drug-free] at my strongest, pro-pandemic?

ONE PERSON - Dain Wallis. Look him up on YouTube. ONE PERSON.

It just goes to show how utterly DELUSIONAL this board can be sometimes. B. Hank, for whatever anyone says about him, the dude is in good shape. It blows my mind that you can be in better shape than 99% of men, and have people say your physique "sucks".

You are getting it twisted, no one said Bhanky had a horrible physique to begin with, it was the countless lies that were spewed, him talking shit about others who have posted pics and him saying he was better and bigger. People gave him his dues, he couldn’t take it and gave others the same respect

Even claimed not taking gear and that trt was considered natural

500 mg is also trt
