He's got himself a 'bodybuilding Doc' that is OK with out of range stuff. I know we've got some experts on here, so
a - is the Doc talking shit, and should we fear for Golem's health,
c - or is he perfectly fine... ...?
They are 20 minute videos, so if you can't bear to waste that amount of your life, there's a couple of screenshots with specific values I'd be intredasted to hear opinions on please🙏

Some people are incredible at attracting shitty ink.
Frankly, I don't think they look good on bodybuilders. Ink just distracts from the rest of the physique. I also think ink makes UFC fighters look worse.
Khabib Nurmagomedov is one of the only UFC fighters I know who does not have ink. GSP has two subtle tattoos. Most are covered up.

Complicated thing to tackle. I don't think the doc is saying anything totally wrong. His overall cholesterol levels aren't horrible but the HDL is very, very low. That's associated with a higher heart risk but not necessarily the cause of heart problems itself. Sometimes things are associated with diseases but don't cause the disease itself. That being said I'd be concerned if my HDL were that low, even if I don't have a specific study that shows it causes heart disease. Additionally he could have plaque buildup even if his cholesterol labs are all perfect, especially with all the stuff he's taking.
The funny thing to me is that he goes on about eating healthy in the video about his cholesterol saying to avoid junk foods etc. But in the first video he's binging on an entire cake and downing a gallon of milk. He was pigging out so much he'd make the cobbler gobbler blush if he wasn't already beet red himself!

Bodybuilding doc is just another way of saying delusional doc. Look at all the pros dying, doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that steroids and heavier body weight is a recipe for disaster.

any Dr who's willing to get in front of a camera and smile and talk to it losses a couple points in my book - esp on the internet
how old is the Belarusian ?? if he's in the 20s early 30s typical bloodwork for healthy individual on gas - guy doesnt have too much longer before he hits a wall
maybe thats why he left 5%

I didn't watch the vid but if they only checked ALT and AST the liver numbers are close to meaningless. They should be checking GGT etc.
