Well, several years ago you would've probably paid 1000s of dollars for a personal development and life coaching seminar to get all these valuable pieces of information, these days you get it for free. You should be more thankful 8)

I remember going to a “seminar” after Ronnie won his first Mr. Olympia. I got in free because I knew the owner of the gym but paid for an autograph. After listening to Ronnie mumble and wander on lifting and eating, I wanted my autograph money back.
Pros change their story all the time. Ronnie literally said during the seminar he does high reps only cause it’s bodybuilding and he will do up to 30 reps on an exercise. And he eats nothing but chicken.
Literally just talking to talk.

Most have them have no idea about diet and training techniques because it comes so easy for them
I remeber being at a Robbie Robinson seminar, a friend of mine asked him about protien and carb ratios and the absorption of amino acids in an acid/alkaline environment
His response
"Off season I use a big bowl and getting ready for a show I use a small one"

That’s about how Ronnie sounded. Literally telling people to just eat chicken. He said his diet was chicken, rice, eggs, and grits. High reps. And he ate a lot of pizza when he first started bodybuilding.
I guess seminars were justified back then before the internet and social media as we just gathered information from books, magazines, and trial and error.
Everyone thought the next person had the secret weapon, when it was just good genetics, more drugs, and eating.

Thought the same. Phil barely said two words when he competed now he thinks we want to hear him babble for two hours…LOL!

This.
Over the decades I’ve come to realize a majority of top-level bodybuilders are fairly unimpressive weight trainers, from a knowledge perspective.
The drug use, and their response to that use, is what made/makes them champions.
Unlike strength-specific resistance athletes, bodybuilders with promise quickly settle at a baseline virtuosity of basic muscle-pumping movements.
I’m quite certain Phil falls into this category.
