Title: Doctor Rips off Canadian Socialized Healthcare System.

How can someone be smart enough to get an MD, but not understand he would obviously get caught by so blatantly ripping off the system like this?  ???

This is similar to something that happened in NYC, in the 1980's. Dr. Sheldon Weinberg and sons. 24:05:

I suspect it happens a lot - and only the egregious cases like this get caught and exposed.

Was he legitimately "smart enough" or was he pushed through and hired based on "diversity and inclusion" ?
