I think that Dexter was robbed earlier that year at the 2007 Arnold Classic. Victor won, but Dexter looked better

I was at both. I'd say Victor was definitely robbed in 2007. And if anyone beat him there, I'd say Dennis Wolf did.
That whole top five was out of order.
I don't recall thinking Dexter was robbed at the Arnold. It was close though, but Victor was much bigger. I don't recall anyone saying Dexter was robbed, but maybe I forget.

Only top level guy I actually met seeing him (at a club in Manhattan)
Seemed like a cool guy to me as he was nothing but friendly, but I only spoke to him for a few minutes.

Great thread concept. Do you have a RDB comparison of the two? Seems like that's the deciding pose for 20 years now.
Based on the evidence presented I give Dexter Jackson the edge based on aesthetics but Vic isnt that far off and outsizes him

Very true. Dickerson and Phil Hill also.
But regarding Aaron "Baked" Baker, wasn't he suspected of extensive site enhancement in his calves? They exploded from the '94 Arnold to the same show a year later.
Apologies for not including a link, but you can see how he looked at those respective shows with a quick YouTube search. In 1994, I don't think his lower legs were a real weakness, but Arnold said otherwise in his commentary:
Naaaw, yoo kan zee hee-uhr, hee is vweek in de caffs...hees caffs need anudduh scree uhr voor inches on dem do bee win pruhpurshun vid de rist if heem.
Maybe Aaron put dong the dong, err, bong long enough to heed Arnold's advise, score a shit load of Chris Clark magic and or escilene, und brink up dose caffs.
