Levrone was adopted, right? Is this his adopted family? What is the story?

If I recall correctly, Levrone's dad died in 1979, and his mom died in 1989.
They had him at an older age. I think his mom was something like 67 when she died. Which means she was over 40 when she had Kev.
A shot of the tombstone was shown in one of his DVD's.
As for the neighbours who were feeding him... the arrangement there was never made public.
Your guess is as good as anyone's.

Amazing delts/tris/traps from the front. Actually, if you only view front and side poses, he may be the best bodybuilder of all time. Certainly in the top 5.

Don’t see any evidence of anything gay, but the only time my gaydar went off a tiny bit was when I saw how buddy buddy Kevin was with Porter Cotrell at a pro show in the 90s. Porter I heard may have had an occasional “ slippage.”

A lot of competitors use alcohol right before the contest to tighten up. They usually use wine.

Im pretty sure the he was on some sort of pain killers or other street drug in the Maryland Muscle Machine video.
I the above video clip, Levrone mentioned at the he kept magnets in his shoes and magnets on his back for “healing”.
He also said that he had been plagued with back injuries, but that he was fine now (during filming).
I think that he was possibly on narcotic pain killers.

She did a few contests and some schmoe videos with her husband Chuck there, and then went back to Ohio. He did an interview recently. He's pretty embarrassed about his 'comeback'
He got in pretty good shape but the hopes were way too high. There's no way at 50 and with 14 years off that he was going to live upto expectations... I mean some people were picking him to win FFS. It was over as soon as he did that showdown with Cedric... he looks better than Cedric now though.

Ive never met him but it seems he has a couple of issues to overcome. 1) he was essentially orphaned when both parents died. 2) he's bi racial..
As far as being an orphan I can't imagine what that does to a kid but Ive read Oliver Twist. Many orphaned children are raised by a lot of different people and as a result they have various identity issues.
As far as being biracial thats a bit of a conflict too. Often you see biracial children overcompensate trying to identify more with one culture/parent over the other and other times you see them caught sort of fluctuating between their racial identities.
Someone on here called him manipulative, others call him polite, you describe him as shy. Im sure he's been all those things at different stages in his life. This guy was one of tge top 2 or 3 bodybuilders in the world and would take off 4 or 5 months to go play in a rock band. He's probably dealt with some serious identity crissis in his life.
At his best he was better than everyone except Dorian and Ronnie.
