This is bullshit. Eventually you put a weight on your shoulders that the muscles can carry but the disc cannot. There’s nothing proper form can do to prevent that.

and you are more likely to do it squatting because your legs are way stronger than your low back

Funny as heck when people say its there disc pain when its actually coagulation of blood causing pain , ldl cholesterol too high

if the weight is too heavy u would dump the weight or be crushed. You throwing your back out in the squat is from too much oxidation of the cell
