Four rounds could be four kids. Might think differently if yours was involved.
Countless others might have been saved if they bled out during that over half hour timespan.
Not calling you out as an asshat but maybe you did not consider those facts. Our local Sheriff policy is even a single deputy armed with a pistol is to enter and confront any school shooter without hesitation.

Agreed, by that time he had clear shots of the children that he found in the room still alive, hiding.

it was the initial reports that seemed to claim they did nothing while he was sounding off round after round.
after watching it again I didnt realise they had heard the initial shots, I thought they were on site for the 4 additional shots only

They watched him enter the school after firing rounds outside. They were on scene with a officer aiming a rifle at him prior to his gaining entry.
This says a lot. They responded on scene and that officer acquired his rifle and took a position.
This means many minutes passed while he was still OUTSIDE after police responded and they failed to stop what is basically an untrained child from entering a school full of children.
The entire group of cops should be fired. Pathetic.
