So 11 days was as long as I could make it. Felt good taking time off but feels better lifting.
10 sets of dips

10 sets hanging leg raises
6 sets laterals

6 sets rotary calf

Thanks Wes, yeah I can’t wait for the soreness. I love it. Prob have to take a day or two off cause if that cause chest, abs, tris,shoulders and calfs will all be sore.

Haha thank you Grape, anytime you are up for mohegan you let me know and I’ll be there. I forgot the walking hahah I did get 8 miles in today in the sweltering 98 degree heat.

Yeah it’s been a hot ass week, and next week is gonna be all high 80s to low 90s. I can’t complain though I love the heat. Mohegan winter trip sounds good.

Thanks gents for the kind words. I’m just a man who loves to lift not huge not ripped but not bad for a 44 year old natty I guess. I am trying to lean up slowly and it has worked being as I used to be much heavier.
Yeah it feels good jelqing and wacking it again taffin haha.

Looking massive. How the hell does a middle-aged natural with low testosterone have that much mass still? Haha. Do you think you have retained a lot of the muscle from the cycles you ran years ago, or were you always just a big build?

Thanks phantom, I was always skinny prior to starting lifting. I imagine my body retained a lot from cycling during the ages of 21-27. I train pretty hard with high volume as well. But yeah it makes little sense.

I would think anything you got from those cycles is long gone but I'm no AAS expert. I didn't know you had hair. Thought you were bald

I shaved my head bald from 16-41 and had hair for last 3 years. The muscle you gain is gonna stay if you train consistently I imagine.

Anabolic steroids produce a permanent increase in users' capacity for muscle development. In keeping with this, studies show that mice given testosterone acquire new myonuclei that persist long after the steroid use ends."
I read it has something to do with satellite cells and enlarged muscle fibers.
Also improved vascular system (angiogenesis), those mighty cephalic veins are there to stay :)

I took a few days off to rest and recuperate from the summer heat and traveling and I did some long walks like you do. Definitely enjoyable and a good opportunity to unwind and clear your head.
