My friend is visiting mexico right now and keeps sending me all these photos. Are these pharmacies providing legitimate products? Is it worth it for an enterprising bodybuilder to make the trip out there?

No. They are horrible. Over Priced and shitty quality. Way underdosed. The ones offering to ship it to you are the worst. You won’t get anything. Knowing you are on vacation and won’t be back for a while. If ever. If you do return they claim that they are new owners and do not honor the prior owners mistake. Or if they do send anything it isn’t what you buy. At least not the roids or recs. They recommend adding some kind of OTC product to the box. Like aspirin or something. And when you get the box and it has nothing but the OTC in it when you contact them they say that Customs must have seized it and you should contact them to ask for it to be released. (As if)
Puerto Vallarta is the worst in the mailing offer scammers.

Plenty of US Docs and dentists set up shop just across the border. A second home for bodybuilders, athletes, and women wanting bigger titties, rhino, and lipo. Brazil is better for ED products. They literally give it to you at restaurants.

I went to Cancun on spring break 02 and we went to the “Vetrinaria des Cancun” and bought some. I brought it back with me and never had an issue. Bought Boldenon 200 and QV 250 test, two bottles. Dude offered to ship it but I was like nah, it’ll never make it. He looked at me and said “I sent 600 vials of Ttokyo ketamina to New York just last month. Shit was crazy.

The Pharmaceuticals that you buy OTC in Mexico are the standard high quality and legit...in most cases. Same as if your a native Mexican citizen. Fraud of course is around, but like on the street the old motto is "Know your dealer". There's products from Germany, Europe, Asia(all over) and Mexico it's self. No doubt, they are cheaper though gringo's prices might be a bit higher. Depends on which outlet you go too.
I'm only familiar with TJ, Mexicali and Tecate, living in San Diego county most of my life.. High school and colleges jocks have been going across from the San Diego area for decades. As have lifters and BB'ers. Viagra be reason to go also.
A lot of American family's take their kids across for dental work, doctors and medical operations . A few American doctors there, but Mexico does have some very high quality medical doctors and medical personal. American's, more so now, are going into Mexico when some American's are pretty much living paycheck to paycheck. Even for gas and motor oil in border states
Really going to have to watch you back when crossing over. Not like it use to be. If first time visit to a border town might want to go with someone who has been there before. Never ever go down side streets. TJ is a major cartel center and has been for years. Migrants are overflowing TJ so problems do arise from time to time.
Use to have a couple of fine gyms near downtown TJ. Don't know if their still there or not. Have mot heard much about them for a while.

Perhaps if you visit a non tourist place like Cancun, TJ, PV, Cabo, you will have better luck. It's not like Thailand. Where you can find much better things, at better quality and prices.
I go to Thailand at the end of this month and will see how things have changed since 2019 when I was there last. Here are a couple of photos from the last time I was in Bangkok. This is basically any pharmacy in the Chit Lom area.
It is usually $4.50-$5.00 USD for one amp of test walking in off the street. You can get it cheaper in multidose vials If you can find it. About $30 for 10ml.

It’s amazing how every major problem is a result of government intervention, in this case the war on drugs. Prosecuting this victimless crime created a black market and ultimately a narco state right next door.
This has always been my #1 issue with conservatives. They just can’t admit making drugs illegal has been a catastrophic fail.

If you go to the big name pharmacies and not the touristic ones, they sell pharma grade items.
The problem is that the small places can sometimes sell UGL garbage, due to a lack of regulation and inspection.
I've been buying Test, Deca and Dbol there for about 15 years.
It's just as good as the pharma Test I get in America.
I had it testing for purity a few years ago and it was perfectly clean.
There is a big misconception of Mexican drugs, but it all depends on where you go.
I buy my stuff in a legit place, like a Walgreens, that i've gone to for several years. Also, my GF's cousin is a Doc who told me where to go.
If it's labeled as a Vet steroid, avoid it, that's UGL stuff. You have to know what to look for.
There is legit HG gear if you go to the right spot.
Just be careful bringing it back across. The US customs people are a pain in the ass.

I used the QV test.
It seemed like an OK UG type product.
I got it from a well known guy on another board some of you guys probably would recognize.
I think he got popped after that though unfortunately.
I haven’t done Ketamine in a long time.
I think a lot of the stuff going around are RC’s which are analogues which have a slightly different effect.

Not a Walgreens name, but the Mexican equivalent. Just using that as a point of reference.
They have large chain pharmacies that carry HG items.
The gear at these places is no different than the paracetamol and other items they sell, perfectly controlled and legit.
AAS are all perfectly legal OTC, just make sure you are getting legit HG items.
