Some competition pictures from the bodyfitness class ladies. These figure and fitness ladies also have to do a muscular round and even a posedown. Not only quarter turns... :D
These nationals where held last sunday.

Yup, thats me!
I won the Nationals this year :) I was ok with the way I looked but I know I can look much better.
I will be working hard to do a good job at the world championships this september
