That's why Fetterman is pre-emptively suing the state, to let ballots that aren't dated correctly and should be disqualified to be counted.

Even if the Republicans take over the Senate, it will be a slim majority....meaning that some Republicans link Manchin will use that for their own personal intentions...and in the event of a tie, then Kamala Harris makes the tiebreaker vote. Then you have Biden's veto power.
Ultimately...not much will be accomplished. Im sure some will try to go for impeachment but it will be seen as politically motivated...but would be fun to watch.

Im from NC but live in SC. However , since i have a NC number , i got spam text and calls like 5 times a day. That was one ugly and nasty campaign...a number of ads from Ted Budd were pulled due to outright lies, Beasley was piling the airwaves.....just a fucked up match.
