Title: Bodyfat calipers...Please help!!thanks

I know this is in the wrong forum but i didnt know where to put it. Anyways, i really need to know of where i can find info on how to accurately measure my bodyfat with a caliper. I bought the manual Accu-Measure calipers and i want to do this right. THanks alot guys!!!!
