I think it's very hard to train someone to not care what other people think. That's something that a lot of people say but way fewer than that actually live.

We all are a little bit in our own way what others may think of us, a lot of which I notice is just materialism, the need to always show off that new truck or pool.

Isnt it easy? Just grow old? A lot of old guys dont give a fuck about anyone else. Not sure why that is considered a good thing however...
