Some boy fell on to the subway tracks running away from him and got electrocuted to death, and Aki got a 10-year ban on touching or commenting on the muscles of others. The legend grew and mothers in the area would warn their children not to stay out after dark or Purple Aki would get them. A modern day bogeyman.

This probably sounds like I made it up but I Shit you not it’s all true.
