i don't like the 3x3 system i don;t think if allows you to have enough reps under pressure you do a total of 9 reps for 3 lifts.the 5x5 system is the way to go and has been proven time and time again.

Dude, the '3x3' doesnt refer to the rep scheme lol

Thats a common misunderstanding of the Korte 3x3 system
