Prejudging was today. Tom was nearly delusional by the end of the day, he barked at 3 judges and peed on a fire hydrant. Finals are tomorrow but Tbone isn’t sure if he’s going to go because they ran really long today.
He’s got work on Monday morning and the person he travels with gets night vision so they obviously can’t be on the road past 8.
Long story short he may win but he doesn’t have time to figure it out.

Tommy started with a consistent weight lifting program and gradually added cardio. From there it is all cutting edge supplements; biological hormones, German pharmaceutical grade amino acids, ionized water and a very strict diet.
These aren’t things you’ll want to deal with so it’s best to not ask.
Also you don’t want to stop being a drug free competitor.

I think at 40, skin quality starts to decline noticeably...and by 50, skin like this is very rare - almost impossible. There were Mr. Olympia competitors who didn't have conditioning like this.
