The Heckler Charley Chase February 16, 1940

The story behind these two reelers:

Charley Chase made it first titled, "The Heckler"  Then he died shortly after...
In 1946 columbia wanted to re-release it...but it was considered bad taste to re-release the version made by Charley Chase.  (He was really personally popular at the studio) So they remade it with Shemp Howard.
