Are we going to bet that a remake of Roadhouse will be in the works soon?

It’ll be a club. And it’s a black skinny bouncer who identifies as bisexual, his sister or ex male lover died of a drug overdose at a club in the past and he’s there to clean up the club.

There was a remake, Roadhouse 2.   It was so bad that they made it direct-to-video instead of putting it out in theatres.   Its like The Star Wars Christmas Special.  We know its there but we pretend it never existed.

They were going to make a true remake but have Rhonda Rousey as Dalton's daughter but that fell through.   I don't think they can remake a masterpiece like that.   Finding someone as cool as Patrick Swayze is going to be hard.  At least Sam Elliot is still around

One of a handful of movies that no matter how far into it is, if I’m flipping through channels and it’s on, I’m watching. Used to watch it in college a lot. Had it on VHS and DVD.

A new remake is in the works with connor mcgregor and Gyllenhaal.
