went from buck 56 @ 13% to a buck 53 @ 6% in 8 weeks on 250 sust and 20 mgs dbol eating 2 meals a day and 80-100 grams protein and didn't train at all for 11 days and towards the end 8 days of no training so almost 3 of those 8 weeks I didn't train can't explain this shit
Before this I was on 100 mgs if test e weekly but trained maybe once a week for 3 months

Stick with 100mgs trt you have no business using higher doses with the way you look and eat. What a waste.

Never used primo before so not sure bout it
Tren will be 100-150 tops var 20-30 mgs a day

honestly i got a strong hunch that's true...
i'm literally obsessed with chemical aspect of this thing and i'm watching vid after vid after vid on the safer use models of victor black, joe jeffery, and john jewett and trying to apply them
my total stack right now is...
350 sust 50 pinned ed (they say to take as much test as you can handle without sides and fill the rest with other anabolics up to 15 grams per kilo and i know i tolerate 250 well, i tried 625 it was too much then dropped down to 450 still too much now i'm trying 350 mgs and they say most can handle 3-400 mgs a week)
log 5 ius pre and post was up to 10 ius pre and post but since adding in l-caratine and berberine i go hypo on 10 ius whereas before i didn't
berberine 500 mgs 3 times a day with meals
l-caratine 2 times a day one in the intra workout drink one with post workout meal
bcaa's in the intra workout
will add in creatine soon to the intra workout
they also recommend telamasartin this high blood pressure drug and clen and gh and t3/t4
i don't want to run gh but i might add in some clen as it is a good fat burner and it is anabolic unlike t3/t4
they say the total anabolic load should be up to 15 grams per kilo which would be 1.2 grams of gear for me i'm only on 350 mgs right now
test is the base and the rest can be mast (up to 800 mgs a week), primo (up to 1.2 grams a week), deca (up to 400 mgs a week), tren (not more than 100 mgs a week max) and var (20-40 mgs a day)
what i'll do is add in the creatine and just keep going as is and if i stall add in other anabolics

i've added 1 inch to my arms and 1.5 inches to my shoulders and 2 inches to my chest but also added 2.5 inches to my waist which ain't cool :-X :-X :-X
i'm not fat yet so i can keep gaining, fat for me is 10%+ bodyfat i'd say i'm bout 8% now
final goal is 17 inch arms they are 16.25 now and a 28-29 inch waist it's 32 now :-X :-X :-X
got a feeling that will put my @ bout a buck 75 @ 5% bodyfat
if i can actually get to 2 bils @ 5% i could probably do damage in a classic bb show

Tested my BP and got 225 for a double :D :D
But it was after triceps and I paused both reps for like 2 seconds at the chest and I haven't done barbell BP in bout 4 months
I'm gonna lower the log to 3 ius pre and post
I've got bout 4 weeks left of test then I gotta place an order again so I can add primo, tren, deca and var or just get clen and attack a separate pathway
Curious to see what the creatine does

After a blasting with Dianabol for 3 weeks I have gained 7 pounds... If I would want to get much bigger just I would add an insulin protocols

i've decided to do an experiment with training and i'm going to train with heavy loads on chest and tris with 5-8 rep ranges and train with higher reps or legs, delts and bis like 15-20 reps
i want to see of one style grows me better than the other
i train all to failure and increase loads once i hit 8 reps on chest and tris and increase loads when i hit 20 reps on delts, bis and legs

been listening to justin harris and gonna follow his advice to cycle slin and not take it everyday will take it 2 or 3 days a week only but 3 or 4 times those days as per harris' protocol
wont add any other anabolic for another 3-4 weeks til i have to make my next test order then i might add anabolics or might just get clen
decided not to use gh or t3/t4

got the creatine so...
gonna load it @ 25 grams per day in 4-5 doses for 5-7 days shooting a few ius of log with each dose
they say 100 grams of carbs with each dose of creatine but i won't get that each one, for example i took 5 grams and 3 ius log and drank 3 eggs with 10 oz of milk and an energy drink so total carbs were maybe 40-50 grams
starting weight is a buck 70 and i bet i'll gain 5-7 pounds over the next 5-7 days
in the first pic i was all of a buck 52-53 so if i can get that same condition with my 29 inch waist @ a buck 72-73 it will be a DRAMATIC DIFF.... FACT ;D

dropped the slin and just running 37.5 mg of sust ed so bout 250 mgs a week
i'll get the ace next week and add it to the test @ 20 mgs ed and add slin back in on training days
i train full body eod now and strength is shooting up quickly so the size will follow

it's amazing i get fucking stronger each and every fucking workout as an example i added 10 full kg to my floor press and got 2 more reps with the added 10 kg FUCK YEAH!!!! ;D ;D ;D 8) 8) 8)
i think i'll stay the same weight but go from a fat 8-9% (which i feel is fat) to 4-5% but it would be great if i do this while adding bodyweight we'll see....

In my opinion that is too much slin if you are not going to gain bodyweight... if you want to get just an anabolic environment the dosage is much less... but if you are going to gain lot of bodyweight the dosage is that and also will depent of your individual slin sensivility

Tren increases slin sensitivity so that's a major plus I'm just trying to be objective I don't think I'll ever weigh more than 80 kg at 4-5% keeping a 29 inch waist
