Just finished ninth week of training, was off completely from training for five years after a crushing divorce was on TRT 250 week throughout that time but no lifting or eating healthy.
. Am on a gram of test and 500 deca, went from 164 to 185 pretty quick. Muscle memory is definitely helping and starting so underweight gave me a lot of room to just eat without overthinking macros and all.
Before I lifted for strength, triples were my answer for everything...this time I'm keeping reps at 8-12 and it does seem to make a difference in terms of size. Will keep updated as time goes on.
Here's a before and after so far, ninth week up about twenty pounds deca is just starting to kick in

Wk#9 back shot - I don't know how to pose so I just stand there, but taper is tapering...
Deca should be kicking in, I think I have a little bloat but not to the point of concern. Considering upping the test to a gram and a half so with the 500 deca it would make a total of two grams weekly, should be enough to continue another 8 weeks of growth I'm thinking.
