Just finished workout with 10 sest each on calves/forearms, going back and forth no rest from set to set. Almost was sick lol.

thats an excellent waste of time......musta been a great pump/lactate build up tho..
kinda like bench pressing the bar 100 times.....get an awesome pump but results wise?? u aint gonna grow shit
same reason why a marathon runner doesnt grow bigger than a sprinter.....even tho they run further :P
