Trying to keep my heartrate between 110-120 when I do my eliptical 3x's a week for 45 min. Since I take my EC stack before my noon cardio session, heartrate has been around 135-140 with a slower pace. Just wanna burn fat and keep my size. This too high and should I stop cardio while I'm on the stack?
Any suggestions?
