This is from the Daily Mail:
"'Killer' St Louis driver is FREED on bond after running red light and plowing into mom and daughter who both died as they left Drake concert.'"
Maybe inaccurate, but the judge only did a $200,000K bond. I would have assumed no bond would have been offered or a lot higher one, given the video evidence.
Edit: Just read this:
"A judge allowed 22-year-old Monte Henderson to be released after posting 10% of a $200,000 bond."

On Feb. 15 Llewellyn set bond at $200,000, with a requirement of posting 10%. Henderson on Friday, Feb. 16, posted the required amount — $20,000 — and is no longer jailed. His next court date has not been set.

How does a judge do this shit. If I was a judge I would stand up walk over and beat his ass till he was dead. That’s what a “man” who runs over and kills a mom and daughter deserve. No questions asked. Letting him go does what but says I’m a dumb spook and can get away with anything want. Time for the tides to change and drastically. Hell let’s go back to the 1950s.

You drive drunk and no one dies and you drive drunk and someone dies, it should be more or less the same outcome.
If driving drunk was legal it'd be no crime to kill someone while driving drunk, as it'd just be an accident. The reason you go to prison for killing someone drunk driving, is the same reason you should never be able to drive after getting caught drunk driving.
You get caught driving drunk you should immediately lose your license and never get it back.

Agreed. As much as I drove drunk in teens and 20s I am disgusted at myself and if I ever killed someone especially a mother and daughter I would have offed myself or gladly accepted any jail sentence. Never got a dui and I know people who have gotten multiples and still got license back but even if they didn’t they would drive anyways.
