He’s giving the state of the Union address tonight.

The question is not about what he will say but whether he will make it through.

Looking at that clip, I suspect the side effects of whatever he’s on is starting to catch up. His breathing appeared labored and he had a frightened look. He should’ve received medical care immediately afterwards.
