Dos Santos seemed really laid back. That isn't how he fights. Since he's not fighting in the UFC he must be on the down side of his career.  His brother Ono Santos is a better fighter.

Maybe it's because it's bare knuckle. You can't punch all out as you're likely to break your hand.
