just watched a new vid bout increeasing gh and the doc said make it an 18 hour fast with 6 hours eating
i may even go to a 20 hour fast not sure yet but ima gonna do it

Fuck that. I now eat whatever and whenever I want. I just truly don’t give a fuck anymore at all. If I feel like 10 cheeseburgers so be it, if I feel like a family size pack of Oreos so be it. Eating what you like is healthy that’s the real truth.

Throughout the day, I drink tea and water. Within the 3 hour window I will have fruits for sugar and any variety of meats for protein with a side of vegetables. Rinse and repeat.

I've been fasting since 2016. I've been intermittent fasting since 2018 every day. I multi-day fast many times per month. It's changed my life. I've spoken on this many times.

Anyone who "goes on a diet" whether it's 16/8 or whatever is likely a heifer with a preexisting elevated risk of heart attack.
I can't sign off on 10 cheezeburgers and any gawdawful oreos, Rob, but if daddywaddy benched in the 5 or 600s full ROM with his longass build then I'm a monkey's uncle.
I eat when I'm hungry. When I want to lose fat I eat before I'm hungry.

He never benched anywhere near that. He a paint huffing wack job. I do eat clean most the time. My favorite foods are fruit,veggies and oatmeal but I don’t hesitate to eat what I want when the craving appears. I might eat clean daily for a month or two then eat crap every other day. Just whatsoever I crave I eat. I don’t question it or care really.

I did under 1000 calories a day for a year and dropped from 255-205 I was natural so unfortunately I was the same condition at 208 that I was at 255 and I was doing 2-3 hours of cardio a day. After doing that I just don’t see why I did it haha.

Many years ago I realized that longevity is truly the name of the game once you're past your 40's. So about 4-5 years ago I started this approach to my diet and my weight has remained stable with fluctuations that are never more than +/- 5 pounds, blood pressure is always normal, cholesterol levels are always within normal range and the rest of the labs are always normal.
It's certainly not the typical bodybuilder diet, but it has worked for me.
During those 3 hours, I do consume carbs and protein.

But stand back for a minute- how lean do you really need to be? Putting vanity aside, as long as your waste is in 30-34" for an average size guy, you are fine.
