450 behind the neck is nuts.
In my late 20s/early 30s I was training 315 push presses from the front and my shoulder is still messed up from it. I hated them but the guy I was training with had an olympic lift background.

In that interview Norton admits his shoulders are really messed up.

He's billed at 6'3". Had to be 350lbs + bw at that height. I would actually believe "just the finishing touch" with this guy when he was younger. He's a fireplug.

I met Scott at a wrestlecon once. He was very nice and he wanted to talk about working out. He said the same stuff in the video, staying away from heavy lifting and to focus on the movement.
