i'd say 5-6%
test is 100 mgs on thursday and 50 mgs drol on off days and 100 mgs drol on training days
i now train just once every other day
listening to lots bout eating and it seems the way to go is high carb, mod-high pro and low fat
they say 1-1.25 grams per pound of pro and .25-.3 grams per pound of fat and the rest carbs

i got my leg treated and it is improving much better and the doc said it should be cleared and back to normal within 3 weeks then i can train legs again
van b is pushing me to do some sort of dead once i'm cleared and i will throw in leg presses and leg extensions too, as i have no problem doing leg press and leg ext but i can't afford to put too much weight on my legs as my weight limit depending upon the fed is 81-83 kg and i'm 73.5 diced and i'm quite certain i can add 3-4 kg on my legs within 6 weeks and if i add 4 that only gives me 3-5 more kg i can put on my pecs, delts and arms :-\
