Name the top Barbell excercises for the folowing: Arms-Back-Legs-and Chest, also git specific if u need to such as lats delts and all of that other stuff..But I just want opinions wat are your tops for each body part and this includes wich excercises help you gain the most

Standing barbell curls, lying tricep extensions, deadlifts/bentover rows, squats, bench press.

incline bech press-chest
squats-quads
deadlifts-lower back/traps/hams
curls-bi's
close grip bench press-tri's
rows-back
military press-shoulders
but like anything to much of one type of training/food/diet/supplements/ect will not help. change is good.

lou ferrigno likes the standing barbbell curl. in fact that pretty much the only exercise i've ever seen him do ;D

BB bench press (flat and incline)
Standing overhead BB presses
Deadlifts
Squats
Bent BB rows

BB:
Pullover & Press...lats/back, triceps, pec's, delts & abs
BB Hack squat...quad's, lower back,ham's
Clean & Push Press...legs,hams,hips/glutes,lower/upper back, traps, delts (front, side & rear), upper pecs, triceps & biceps
Non BB movements:
Dips...delts, triceps, chest/pecs, upper back
Chins... lats/back, delts (mostly rear & some laterial head), biceps/forearms,abs
