Hey, anyone know what training split levrone used back in the early nineties or later on? or did he change it all the time. And is it true that he benched 585lbs for 3 reps before his peck tear? I also heard he did squats with 720lbs for a few reps??Anyone got any scanned articles?

Download Maryland Muscle Machine, I found it with Limewire. It's pretty kick ass, and yeah he was pretty strong.

wed quads
thur rest
thur repeat
he does a three on/one off

if you have seen any kevin videos i.e. M3. he goes crazy heaavy. now what i remember from an old flex meg. he did
seated shoulder presses (front or behind that neck) 4x8-12
db press (seated or standing) 4x8-10
alt front raise 4x8-12
one arm laterals (cables or dbs) 4x12-15
if you wanted some more info on kevin. i would check out findarticles.com.. for different megs articles about him.. but i would doubt theres alot bc kevin hasnt been in many articles after 2000

whoaa..he must have split it into two sessions on that day rite?...how the hell can he do 3-4 heavy chest exercises and then a shoulder workout out like that in the same session + triceps??

you're right... i was just trying to be funny. the shoulder traning from Maryland Muscle Machine is way more impressive, although I don't know about doing Shrugs first... I think I would get exhausted.

Kevin only trained six months out of the year.. and he does this freaky thing. where he hits a bodypart twice a day. i.e. doing shoulders in the morning and in the evening.

Levrone claimed to do two sessions one in the morning was low rep and heavy and the one in the evening was high rep and light and yes the same bodypart I specifically remember this sticking out because I have never heard anyone else do this
Personally if I did not have a job and could just train I would try it
Nobody blew up in such a short amount of time the way Levrone did he would be small at a booth like 220 then he would show up 260 and shredded at a contest 3 months later
I saw him in 2000 at the bodyrock show and he was no more than 220 tops possibly lighter. Of course he was a monster at the olympia the same year

He said thats what Franco used to do and Franco was "the best" at the day of the show.

Well duh, anyone who trains year-round has a MASSIVE advantage over a bloke who just slaps his ham in the gym for 3 months a year, despite the phenomenal genetics of being a black Italian man, both races notorious for having great BBing genetics.
