Weird to look at that video and realize that was him when he was small; he would go on to carry much more mass.  :o

You mean greater volumes of oil. Chest arms delts dont naturally look like that. Steroids dont either. Look at his back in comparison, it lacks that artificially inflated look. From the front his muscles resembled a bunch of inflated balloons or tires or something.
