If that happens, deficit should reduce.
If not, will increase.
The trouble with these bills is that there are too many items which causes a lot of dissent. If there were single item bills, we'd see more bipartisan support.

I think the CBO is wrong as usual. They said the same thing about Reagan and Trump the first time he cut taxes. They also don't take in the consideration of tariffs which is turning out to be a record high for Trump. I think the tariffs, tax cuts and other cuts in this bill will not add much to the debt. We shall see.
