Well, first he gets paid for doing his job (holding those interviews), and the extra 300 USD a day is a passive bonus.

Fake. Not passive. Nobody is paying $5-6 for some crappy drinks. Not profit either. Gotta go buy the drinks and insert into machine. This can’t be real. HTH

Another bullshit idea that will never see anything worthwhile from it.  Even if you actually went through the process of putting actual effort into it and trying to implement the strategy.

50 interviews at a fast 15 minutes each = over 12 hours a day just sitting there staring at people.  That doesn't include lunch time, bathroom breaks, times you run into the stairwell and scream into your hands, etc...   Pretty sure that the majority of money going in that machine is from him.
