you want some good advice 240---get the carb smart wraps made from mission----they are great---200 calories----31 grams of carbs 21 of which are fiber-----of course they are only the wrap and you have to make your own chicken, tuna whatever but they really help the boredom of dieting-----Im ripping up right now and this things make my life so much better

tuna wrap- interesting. Speak on this.

you mix some fat free mayo in?  Or just tuna and lettuce?
how do you keep it from being too dry?

Also, what kinda wraps? wheat? whole grain?

yes they are whole wheat-----for me i mix "vermont farms" balsamic vinagrette in the tuna---only one gram of carb for 2 tablespoons--no fat---tastes good too--I put onions in it and or peppers----sometimes I mix my tuna with horseradish, yellow mustard and a little sweet relish + some spices--sounds nasty but actually tastes good once you get it down with the balance of ingredients and the nutritional facts are good for your diet--------Im very creative about making diet food ;D

sometimes I put a little hummus on my wraps----for chicken and stuff---only 50 calories for 2 tablespoons and you dont need that much 1 tb will usually suffice---and you can get all kinds of hummus from avocado to 30 spices to whatever---hummus is low carb also and only a little fat

sounds a lot like Chipotle. I go to chipotle a lot.  I get ther burrio in a bowl without a wrap though, easier to eat.

No, I'm serious, man. My sleep cycle's all f'd up because I often work night shifts, but you are ALWAYS online.

R U like one of those Microsoft super-computer guys who lives on Cheezits + Red Bulls, and just programs/writes code/makes websites 22 hours/day?  Which I respect btw!

Just curious, really.  How do you balance your sleep/work/lifting?
